Our Work Shown

I used to work at a Wine and Deli, this was a lovely experience that I got to come up with wonderful ideas for specials for lunch/dinner. Here is some of my best work.

This last weekend I made brisket Nachos. House-made, slow-cooked Brisket with onions, jalapeños, shredded cheese, baked beans, bbq sauce and a dollop of house-made coleslaw.

A hot-dipped roast beef and cheddar with horseradish sauce on a brioche bun. It reminded of Arby’s sandwich.

Oven-roasted, honey mustard chicken thighs over a side of house-made herb potatoes and delicious garlic asparagus.

An Iowan favorite, anybody knows of a Maid-Rite Sandwich.

Homemade beef & broccoli over fried rice. A yummy but sweet soy sauce to ring it all together.

Housemade tender pulled pork that was slow cooked all day topped with bacon, jalapeños and sweet baby rays bbq sauce.

Creamy Cajun alfredo with shrimp and bow tie pasta.

Sloppy joe grilled cheese sandwich with provolone, cheddar and house-made sloppy joe on white bread.
